Youngblood, Jackie

Jackie Youngblood, 64, passed away peacefully on Sunday, December 23, 2018. A Memorial Service is scheduled for 10 o' clock in the morning on Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sister, Mary Youngblood of Plainview; his brothers David Youngblood of Plainview and brother Jeffery Youngblood of Midwest City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by 24 nieces and nephews and his extended family members.

Jackie was preceded in death by his parents, Opal and Jack; Stepfather, Jim Boone; brother Chuck Youngblood; niece, Rosea Linda Morales.

Jackie was one of God?s special children. Jackie worked at Tommy Lewis Industries for the mentally challenged for a little while until he moved to Lubbock. Jackie loved football. His favorite team was the Dallas Cowboys. He loved playing cards, Yahtzee and dominoes. Jackie collected empty soda cans to earn extra money to buy hamburgers. He loved his hamburgers.
