Natera, Ramiro

Ramiro Natera, 78 of Lubbock, passed away on Wednesday, December 19, 2018. A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 1 o? clock in the afternoon on Wednesday, December 26, 2018 at Our Lady of Guadalupe with Father Bill Anton celebrating. Interment will follow in Plainview Cemetery. A Rosary will be recited at 6 o? clock in the evening on Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Lemons Memorial Chapel. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Ramiro was born on September 12, 1940 to Ramon and Amada Natera in Taft, TX. He moved to the area and was a part of the community for over 55 years. Ramiro was in the agriculture business for most of his life. He loved his family and was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church and more recently of St. Elizabeth?s Catholic University Parish of Lubbock. Ramiro will be dearly missed by all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.

Ramiro is survived by one son: Michael Natera and wife Elizabeth of Lubbock; three daughters: Diana McKinley of Denver, CO, Connie Limon and fianc? Michael Lucero of Brighton, CO, and Angelina McKinley and fianc? Joe Garcia of Lubbock; one brother: Daniel Natera of Mission, TX; two sisters: Adelmira Naranjo of Loveland, CO, Minnie Nevarez of Plainview; and Mary Lou, the mother of his children and dear friend for almost 60 years; and ten grandchildren: Katharina, Amy, Adam, Leslie, Priscilla, Zechariah, Velarie, Sarah, Jayden and Erika.
