Moffitt, Wallace (Lynn)

Wallace ?Lynn? Moffitt, 63, of Lampasas, TX, previously of Plainview, TX, passed from this life on December 17, 2018. Funeral services will be held on Friday, December 21, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Bartley Memorial Chapel located at Bartley Funeral Home with David Miller officiating. Interment will follow services and are under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home at Plainview Cemetery, Visitation will be held at Bartley Funeral Home in Plainview, Texas on Thursday, December 20, 2018 from 6 to 7 p.m.

Lynn was born on February 2, 1955 in Amarillo, Texas to Wallace Eugene Moffitt and Rosa Mary (Knight) Moffitt. He married Susan Bain on February 17, 1990 in Las Vegas, NV. Mr. Moffitt worked as a water treatment operator at Kemper Water Supply. He was an avid guitar player who played with a lot of accomplished musicians. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

Those left to cherish his memory are his wife, Susan Moffitt of Lampasas, Texas, sons; Casey Moffitt of Gatesville, Texas, and Shane Moffitt of Lampasas, Texas, four sisters; Sheron Page of Duncan, Oklahoma, Sandra Milbern of Boise City, Oklahoma, Sarah McCullough, and husband Lester, of Berryton, Kansas, and Sheila Lorentz of Lufkin, Texas, one brother; Jim Moffitt, and wife Miriam, of Fresno, California

He is preceded in death by his parents and a son, James ?Jimmy? Moffitt.
