Fuentez, Rosa Maria Martinez de
Rosa Martinez de Fuentez, 60 of Plainview, passed away on Wednesday, October 31, 2018. Funeral Services are scheduled for 10 o? clock in the morning on Monday, November 5, 2018 at College Heights Baptist Church with Pastor Jason Smith officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Rosa was born on November 1, 1957 to Jose Luz and Magdalena Martinez in Mexico. She was married to Antonio Tafolla for many years and was a homemaker that loved planting flowers and being in the garden as much as possible. Rosa also enjoyed giving to others. Most of all, she was a devout Christian woman that spent countless hours reading the Word of God. Rosa was a member of College Heights Baptist Church and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

She is preceded in death by her father and one brother: Carlos Martinez.

Rosa is survived by six sons: Jose Fuentez, Juan Fuentez and wife Vanessa, Mark Anthony and Jorge Tafolla, Edward Tafolla and wife Santresa and Carlos Tafolla all of Plainview; two daughters: Silvia Rosalez and husband Ivan and Ana Fuentez and husband Miguel Tafolla all of Plainview; fourteen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
