Trimmier, John, Mrs. (Evelyn Shaver)

Evelyn Trimmier, 96, of Hale Center passed away on August 20, 2018. Services will be held 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at First United Methodist Church in Hale Center with Jimmy Cameron officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A visitation will be held 5:00-6:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 21, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors.

She was born October 3, 1921 in Knox City, Texas to Richard and Eula (Langston) Shaver. She married John Trimmier July 29, 1939 in Benjamin, Texas. They moved to Hale Center in 1947.

She is survived by a daughter, Melynn Hunt and husband Darrell of Lubbock; a son, Buddy Trimmier of Lubbock; Four grandchildren, Doug Hunt and wife Teresa, Kyle Hunt and David Trimmier and wife Melissa and Zane Trimmier; three great grandchildren, Kailey Trimmier, Kolton Trimmier and Harper Hunt.

She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband and 3 brothers, R.A. Shaver, Aubrey Shaver and William R. Shaver.
