Peugh, Phil

Phil Peugh, 75 of Plainview, passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2018. Graveside Services are scheduled for 3 o? clock in the afternoon on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 at Plainview Memorial Park with Brother Terry Wright officiating. Arrangements are entrusted to Lemons Funeral Home.

Phil was born on September 30, 1942 to Martin Obie and Allie Fern Peugh in Big Spring, TX. He was reared and educated in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1963. Phil was a great cartoon artist and loved Civil War Memorabilia. Phillip also had a funny nickname for everyone he cared about; it was his special way of showing his love. Phillip enjoyed driving his old orange and white Chevy truck; it was his pride and joy. Phil was of the Church of Christ Faith and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his wife: Sue L.; his parents and friend: Sharon Richardson.

Phil is survived by one brother: Melvin Peugh of Utah; one sister: Loretta Kelm of Plainview and several nieces and nephews.
