Reyes, Reynaldo (Rey)

Reynaldo ?Rey? Reyes, age 29, passed away on April 27, 2018. Funeral services will be held at 2:00P.M., Friday, May 4, 2018 at Faith Christian Fellowship Church. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 9:00A.M.-8:00P.M. on Thursday May 3, 2018 at the Lemons Memorial Chapel with a Wake beginning at 6:00P.M. All arrangements are under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.

Rey was born on May 20, 1988 in Lubbock, Texas to Jose Angel Reyes Sr. and Abilia (Muniz) Gomez. He was raised in Plainview and attended Plainview High School. Rey was a big family man, he especially loved his boys, Donovin and Adan. He also loved his only sister very much. Rey was funny and he loved to ?joke.? He was a huge sports fan, he liked watching the Dallas Cowboys, Houston Texans, Houston Rockets and soccer and softball. He also really enjoyed all kinds of music. Rey also enjoyed his meals. He loved to eat fish and shrimp or just food in general and had to have his ice cream in the freezer. Rey would love to have all of his family together, we cannot express how much he loved his family, he was a loyal friend. Rey was extremely loved by everyone!

Rey is survived by, his mother, Abilia Gomez and step-father, Ramiro Gomez, his father, Jose Angel Reyes Sr. and his two boys, Donovin Jose Reyes, age 10, and Adan Rey Reyes, age 7, five brothers, Jose Angel Reyes Jr., Marcos, Juan Carlos, Daniel and Adolfo Gomez, one sister, Maribel Gomez, his grandfather, Epifanio Reyes Sr. ?Pompo?, his grandmother, Socorro Castillo ?Wela?, and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by, Soviedo ?MoMo? Reyes and Rudy Muniz.
