McClanahan, Eric, Mrs. (Dara Vesta Wheeler)

Darla Vesta McClanahan, 62, of Plainview died in Lubbock on Sunday, April 29, 2018. Services will be held at Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview at 10 A.M. on Saturday May 5, 2018 with Evan Weiss officiating. Services are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors in Plainview.

A visitation will be held on Friday, May 4, 2018 from 6-8 P.M. at the funeral home.

Darla was born on November 4, 1955 to Bruce and Ruth Wheeler in Plainview, Texas. She married Eric McClanahan on February 26, 1989. She loved to fish, her daycare kids, her animals and she loved to travel.

She is survived by her husband Eric McClanahan of Plainview; one sister, Donna Wheeler of Flat Rock, NC.
