Trevino, LeeRoy

LeeRoy Trevino was born May 19, 1973 to Ramon Trevino, Jr. and Vleazy Torrez. He attended Abernathy High School. LeeRoy was employed by Hi Plains Drilling for 26 years; also, an honorary volunteer for the Fire Department for 10 years in Abernathy.

LeeRoy is preceded in death by his sister, Veronica Trevino; grandparents, Vicente Torrez, Sr.; Ramon Trevino, Sr.; and Elida Trevino.

LeeRoy leaves to cherish his memory; his wife, Modesta Trevino; parents, Ramon Trevino, Jr. and Vleazy Torrez; grandparent, Lorena Torrez; five daughters, Selena Garcia, Melissa McAdams, and Audry Alonzo all of Lubbock, TX; Chelsea Garcia, and Cherokee Garcia both of Plainview, TX; two brothers, Ramon Trevino, III (Ofelia) and Florencio Trevino (Jessica) all of Lubbock, TX; eight grandchildren and a special bundle of joy that's on the way; a host of other relatives and friends.

Celebration of Life Service will be held today at 2 p.m. at First Baptist Church Abernathy, TX. Interment will follow at Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Griffin Mortuary.
