Quebe, Ewald, Mrs. (Anna Dell Wharton)

Anna Dell Quebe, 99, of Plainview, Texas passed away on Monday, February 19, 2018 in Plainview, Texas. Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Friday, February 23, 2018 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Providence with Eric Petty officiating and Kyle Brock assisting. Interment will follow Plainview Memorial Park under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

A visitation will be held from 6:00?8:00 P.M. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Anna Dell was born on January 3, 1919 in Lockney, Texas to Macdaniel and Mary Sue Wharton. She graduated from Lockney High School. She married Ewald Quebe on November 6, 1936. She was a homemaker. Anna Dell was a member of the Eastern Star, Trinity Lutheran Church, and the Hospital Auxiliary. She was also an avid Bridge player.

Anna Dell was preceded in death by her husband, Ewald Quebe; parents, Macdaniel and Mary Sue Wharton; brother and sister-in-law, James and Doris Wharton; niece, Sue Wharton; nephew, Jimmy Wharton.

She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, John and Karen Quebe of Lockney; grandchildren, Gretchen Koen and husband Paul of Lubbock, Josh Quebe and wife Taylor of Hutto; great grandchildren, Kash Koen of Lubbock, Ava Koen of Lubbock, Annaleigh Koen of Lubbock, and Grayson Quebe of Hutto.
