Armijo, Francisco, Mrs. (Maria Nieves Loera)

Maria Nieves Armijo, 94, passed away on Friday, February 16, 2018. Funeral Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, February 20, 2018 at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Bill Anton officiating. A rosary will be held 6:00 P.M., Monday, February 19, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview

Mrs. Armijo was born on August 15, 1923 to Amado & Liboria Loera. She was a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Plainview.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Francisco Armijo; one son, Jose Francisco Armijo, three grandsons, Jose Francisco Armijo, Jr., Alejandro Gonzalez and Julio Gonzalez and one great grandson, Joe Angel Armijo.

She is survived by two daughters, Marisela Rivas & husband Jesse of Plainview and Angelita Armijo of Houston; two sons, Ramiro Armijo & wife Rosa of Houston and Luis Armijo & wife Trini of Plainview; 29 grandchildren, 90 great grandchildren and 50 great great grandchildren.
