Thomas, Charles, Mrs. (Sandra K. Howard)

Chapel Services for Sandra K. Thomas, 76, of Lockney, will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, February 10, 2018 at Bartley Memorial Chapel with Pastor Steve Rogers officiating. Interment will follow at Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Bartley Funeral Home. A Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2018 from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Bartley Funeral Home. Mrs. Thomas passed from this life on February 3, 2018 in Dallas.

Sandra was born on October 4, 1941 in Bokchito, OK, to Lawrence and Gladys (Hathcoat) Howard. She married Charles Thomas on November 6, 1960 in Plainview. From this union they had two children; Tarri and Danny. She worked as a caregiver and helped her husband Charles on the farm. She enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband; Charles Thomas of Lockney, her children; Tarri Wright and husband Steve of Lockney, and Danny Thomas and wife Rhonda also of Lockney, sister; Patricia Caraway and husband Delton of Weatherford, four grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

She is preceded in death by her parents; Lawrence and Gladys Howard, two sisters; Etta Mae Cron and Betty J. Dearing, one brother; Thomas Howard, and one great grandson; Callen Wright.
