Hortencia ?Tencha? Licerio, 70, passed away on Monday, February 5, 2018. Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 P.M., Friday, February 9, 2018 at Our Lady Guadalupe Catholic Church with Father Bill Anton officiating. A rosary will be held 6:00 P.M. Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Kornerstone Funeral Directors Chapel. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview

Hortenica was born on October 8, 1047 San Juan, Mexico to Alfonso Rodriguez and Simona Vargas. She married Manuel Licerio on June 23, 1964. "Mis hijos son mi vida" es lo que Granny nos solo dijo, sino que tambi?n lo mostr? de muchas maneras. Granny era una amante, siempre mostraba amor a todos los que se cruzaban en su camino. De buen coraz?n, piadoso, atrevido, valiente, experto en telefon?a, facebooking, amante de la m?sica, mejor cocinera, gran coraz?n Diva. Ella nunca te dej? ir sin asegurarte de decirte cu?nto te amaba. "Los quiero mucho mis ninos preciosos!"

She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, San Juana DeLeon and two grandsons, Thomas Botello and Gage Licerio.

She is survived by her husband, Manuel Licerio, Sr.; two daughters, Norma Botello, Inez Sarabia; two sons, Gerardo Licerio and Manuel Licerio, all of Plainview; three brothers, Rafael Rodriguez, Antonio Rodriguez, Alfonso Rodriguez; five sisters, Elida Cruz, Amparo Rodriguez, Guadalupe Rodriguez, Mary, Zamarripa, Paty Rodriguez; nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
