Reyes, Rudy

Funeral services for Rudy Reyes, 51, of Lubbock will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday July 27, 2011 at Iglesia Bautista Providencia located at 1301 49th. St. with Tony Morin officiating.

Prayer service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at Guajardo Funeral Chapels. Burial will be at Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Guajardo Funeral Chapels.

Rudy passed away July 21, 2011 surrounded by loved ones. He was born Oct. 7, 1959 to Demetrio and Josefina Reyes in Lubbock, Texas.

He married Connie Flores on Aug. 25, 1976 in Lubbock, Texas.

Rudy worked hard all his life until his disability.

Survivors include his wife, Connie; daughter, Ruby Reyes; sons, Steve, Arthur, Bobby and Bryan Reyes all of Lubbock; sisters, Eloisa, Sofia, Gracie, Gloria, Nellie and Ofelia; and brothers, Fidencio, Elias, Felix, Frank, Cruz and Lupe.

He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Eva, Benita and Amy; and brothers, Nasario and Rosendo.
