Pedroza, Reymundo,Jr. (Rey)

Reymundo ?Rey? Pedroza, Jr., 46, of Tulia, passed away on August 24, 2017.

A Funeral Service will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, August 28, 2017 in the Lemons Memorial Chapel.

Rey was born October 30, 1970 in Weslaco, Texas to Reymundo Pedroza and Maria (Barbosa) Mejia. He married Elizabeth Hernandez. She preceded him in death in November 2007.

Rey was a hard worker. He was the groundskeeper at the Tule Lake Golf Course in Tulia. He took immense pride in his work and in ?his greens? at the Golf Course. He always enjoyed strolling through Pawn Shops looking for treasures. Rey was a very handy auto mechanic and often purchased vehicles to repair and sell. His family fondly remembers his love of family and his great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed.

He was preceded in death by his wife Elizabeth; and his step-father, Jose Mejia in May 2017.

Those left to cherish his memory are his mother, Maria Mejia of Plainview and his father, Reymundo Pedroza, Sr. of Devine, Texas; one daughter, Sabrina Pedroza; two brothers, Margarito Pedroza of Plainview and Manuel Pedroza and wife, Melissa of O?Donnell; three sisters, Rosaysela Pedroza from Devine, Texas, Cenaida Campos and husband Robert of Plainview and Elizabeth Pedroza of Amarillo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
