Tafolla, Antonio, Mrs. (Francisca Pena)

Francisca Tafolla, 70, of Plainview, passed away on May 27, 2017, surrounded by her loving family.

A Funeral Mass will be held at 12:00 noon, on Tuesday, May 30, 2017 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery under the personal care of Lemons Funeral Home.

Francisca was born August 5, 1946 in Mexico to Macedonio Pe?a and Celia Uvalle de Pe?a. In 1959, she married Antonio Tafolla. They have shared over 57 years together.

She was preceded in death by her parents; son, Roberto Tafolla; one grandson, Jorge Rubio; one great granddaughter, Roselynn Irlas-Tafolla; 3 sisters and 4 brothers.

Those left to cherish her memory are her beloved husband, Antonio Tafolla of Plainview; 5 sons, Antonio Tafolla, Jr., Javier Tafolla, Rogelio Tafolla, Severo Tafolla and Miguel Angel Tafolla, all of Plainview; 4 daughters, Josefina Rubio and Sylvia Rubio of Laredo, Texas and Blanca Linda Espino and Griselda Hernandez, both of Plainview and two sisters, Margarita Ramirez and Nieves Camarena. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
