Pruett, Jeffrey Brian

Jeffrey Brian Pruett, 32, of Plainview passed away on Tuesday, April 11, 2017. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, April 14, 2017, at Northwest Church of Christ with Callen Pinkerton officiating, assisted by Charles Mooney. Interment will follow in the Parklawn Memorial Gardens under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.
A visitation will be held Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Kornerstone.

Jeffrey was born on Aug. 15, 1984, in Plainview, Texas, to Brian and Jeanie Pruett. He had Muscular Dystrophy but lived every day to the fullest. He loved many things, including Harley Davidson motorcycles and watching WWE wrestling. He was such a kindhearted person and would give you anything you wanted. Jeffrey was super smart and once won a national art contest while in high school in 2001. He was a member of the Northwest Church of Christ in Plainview.
Jeffrey was preceded in death by his grandmothers, Rachel Olivia Sisemore Pruett and Mary Nell Wilsher Hatch.
Survivors include his parents, Brian and Jeanie Pruett of Plainview; one sister, Katherine Elizabeth Pruett of Plainview; two brothers, Luke M. Pruett of Luling, Texas, and Jarrett D. Pruett of Plainview; a niece and nephew, Lili and Harley Pruett of Luling, Texas; paternal grandfather, Claude Pruett of Plainview; maternal grandfather, Harley M. Hatch of Plainview; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
