Rubio, Jorge

Jorge Rubio, 24, of Laredo, passed away on August 19, 2016 in Plainview.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled for 12:00 noon on Monday, August 22, 2016 at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Plainview Cemetery under the direction of Lemons Funeral Home.

A Rosary will be recited at 5:00 on Sunday, August 21, in Lemons Memorial Chapel.

Jorge was born on December 10, 1991, in Laredo, Texas to Ignacio Juan Rubio and Josefina Tafolla. He was a loving brother and son. He was in Plainview to work for the summer. He loved music and the Dallas Cowboys.

Those left to cherish his memory are his parents, Ignacio Juan Rubio and Josefina Tafolla; two sisters, Maribel Rubio and Ana Laura Rubio; two brothers, Juan Rubio and Enrique Rubio, all of Laredo, Texas. He is also survived by many uncles, aunts, cousins and friends who will miss him dearly.
