Sheppard, Doye Gene

Doye Gene Sheppard, 64, passed away on Monday, July 4, 2016. Memorial services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Mr. Sheppard was born Jan. 31, 1952, in Plainview, Texas, to J.C. and Wanda Sheppard. He was preceded in death by his parents. He is survived by one son, Robby Sheppard of Denton; grandson, Chaz Sheppard of Denton; two sisters, Vickie Palmer and husband Glen of Plainview and Jodie O'Donnell and husband Tom of Rhinelander, Wisconsin; stepbrother, Barry Erwin and wife Tessa of Round Rock; nieces Amy Attebury and husband Bryan, Amber Molina and husband Gabe, Shellie Myers and Megan O'Donnell; great-nieces Brittany Attebury, Jaycie Thomas and Amilee Thomas; great-nephews Cory Thomas, Jacob Attebury, Luke Molina, Brayden Myers and Jackson Myers and numerous aunts, uncles and friends.
