Needham, James William (Bill)

James William "Bill" Needham, 88, of Hale Center passed away on Monday, Feb. 15, 2016, in Hale Center. A memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 18, 2016, at the First United Methodist Church in Hale Center with Rev. Jimmy Cameron officiating and Terry Wright assisting. Cremation arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Bill was born on Nov. 6, 1927, in Mangum, Oklahoma, to James William and Sally Lucile Thompson Needham. He served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He worked for Occidental Chemical in Plainview until his retirement. He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Kathy Marie Needham; three brothers, Ralph Needham, Ray Needham and Lloyd Needham. He is survived by his wife, Eualyne Needham; three sons, Jackie and his wife, Carolee Needham of Hale Center, Harold Needham of Lubbock, David and his wife, Darlene Needham of Grandview; 12 grandchildren, Tim and his wife, Samantha Needham, Cody Needham, Dalton Needham, Cory and his wife, Kristin Needham, Jason Needham, Jennifer and her husband Jeremiah DeLeon, Caleb Needham, Katy Needham, Bryan and his wife Taylor Needham, Kyle and his wife, Caitlin Needham and Mandi and her husband, Eric Miller; nine great-grandchildren, Haley, Knox, Hadleigh, Morgan, Kyler, Joshua, Matthew, Mason and Maxton.
