Obituary

Funeral services for Corene F. Zulauf, 86, will be 2 p.m. Wednesday in College Heights Baptist Church with the Rev. Don Robertson, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Kornerstone Funeral Directors. Mrs. Zulauf died at 3 p.m. Sunday, July 31, 2005, at Prairie House Living Center. She was born Nov. 13, 1918, in Plainview to Thomas Jefferson and Laraugh Mae Hartsfield Sewell. A lifetime resident of Plainview where she was a member of Rebekah Lodge and Plainview Hospital Auxiliary and was a longtime member of College Heights Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Linda and Bud Wylie of Arlington; three sisters, Marie Daniel of Amarillo, Betty West of Plainview and Mary Alice Tucker of Memphis; six grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
