Wolovnik, Leslie Adell

Graveside services for Leslie Adell Wolovnik, 15-day-old daughters of Rachel Diaz and Josh Wolovnik, both of Plainview will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Plainview Memorial Park Babyland with The Rev. Elbert A. Fadallan, pastor of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, officiating.

Burial arrangements are by Bartley-Silva Funeral Directors.

Prayer services will be at 7 p.m. today in Bartley-Silva Memorial Chapel.

The infant died Sunday, July 25, 1999 in Lockney.

Survivors include her parents; a brother, Ruben Anthony Diaz of Plainview; and her grandparents Ruben and Mamie Diaz of Plainview.

A memorial fund for has been set up at Hale County State Bank. Donations may be made anytime during banking hours.
