Windwehen, Florence Mozelle

Graveside services for former Plainview resident Mozelle Windwehen, 91, of Andrews, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday in the Plainview Cemetery.

Burial arrangements are by McNett Funeral Home in Andrews.

Miss Windwehen died Sunday, July 16, 2000, at Permian General Hospital in Andrews.

She was born Aug, 28, 1908, in Gonzales. She graduated from Texas Tech University with a masters in administration. She taught several years at Seth Ward Elementary in Plainview and retired as principal for that school.

She was a member of Delta Kappa Gamma and First Baptist Church of Plainview where she had taught Sunday school. She moved to Andrews in 1992 from Plainview.

Survivors include a sister, Amelia of Midland; and a niece, Dee Underwood of Andrews.

The family suggests memorials to the Plainview Cemetery Association, 100 S. Joliet, Plainview, TX 79072.
