Obituary

Funeral services for Roland "Red" Williamson, 92, will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday in First Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Ervin Asiatico of Allen officiating. Burial will be in Parklawn Memorial Gardens by Lemons Funeral Home. Mr. Williamson died at 10:15 a.m. Sunday, Dec. 16, 2001, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock. He was born Dec. 24, 1908, in Bennington. He was a retired welder and a member of First Assembly of God Church. On Oct. 10, 1965, he married Mildred Eldred. Survivors include his wife; two stepsons, George K. Asiatico of Plainview and the Rev. Ervin Asiatico of Allen; and 16 grandchildren.
