Graveside services for James Williams, 78, will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday in Plainview Cemetery with Eddie Hart, an elder at Ash and Carver Church of Christ, officiating.

Burial will be by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mr. Williams died at 9:50 a.m. Saturday, July 21, 2001. In IHS Heritage Home.

He was born May 15, 1923, in Caldwell and came to Plainview from Matador in 1990. He was an invalid from birth.

Surviving are a sister, Sallie Jones of Matador, and a niece, Mrs. Eddie (Ruby) Hart of Plainview.
