Obituary

Harvey Willborn, 71, of Plainview, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, May 4, 2014, in Plainview. A graveside service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, May 7, 2014, at Plainview Cemetery with the Rev. Don Robertson officiating. Arrangements are under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. Harvey was born on Dec. 17, 1942, to N.B. and Hildy Willborn in Winters, Texas. He married Susie Darlene Canada on Dec. 17, 1957. She preceded him in death. He loved to watch football and was a fan of the Dallas Cowboys. Harvey was preceded in death by his wife; his parents; and three siblings, Richard Willborn, James Willborn and Velma Lee Willborn. He is survived by his daughter, Serena Hutchinson and husband Barry of Macon, Ga.; one son, Shane Willborn of Plainview; and two granddaughters, Rebecca and Leslie Hutchinson of Macon, Ga.
