Westmoreland, Johnny F.

Funeral services for Johnny Westmoreland, 75, will be at 10:30 a.m. Monday in Glad Tidings Worship Center with the Rev. Danny Copeland, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mr. Westmoreland died at 7:41 a.m. Thursday, March 2, 2000, at his residence.

He was born Nov. 17, 1924 Telephone. He was raised around the Paris, Texas, area and had lived in Plainview since 1956.

He married Dean Brawdy on Nov. 2, 1956 in Clovis, N.M. He was a member of Glad Tidings Worship Center.

Survivors include his wife, one daughter, Sharon Ballinger of Plainview; four sons, Frank of Abernathy, Eddie and Roger of Winters, and Donald of Cotton Center, one sister, Daisy Dudley of Plainview; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
