Westmoreland, Ethel

Funeral services for Ethel Westmoreland, 88, will be at 4p.m. Tuesday in Happy Union Baptist Church with the Rev. Leonard Chatham, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Ms. Westmoreland died at 12:05 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 17, 2000, in Covenant Hospital Plainview.

She was born Oct.8, 1912 in Franklin where she grew up. She moved to Mart in 1941 and to Plainview in 1951.

She had worked at MH/MR and as a cook until 1980.

She was a member of Church of God in Christ for many years.

Survivors include a son, Robert Bradic of Plainview; a daughter, Virginia R. Harwell of Dallas; eight grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.

Four brothers, three sisters and several nieces and nephews are deceased.
