Wellborn, John Dorsey

Graveside services for John Dorsey Wellborn, 55, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in Plainview Memorial Park.

Burial arrangements are by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mr. Wellborn died at 6:45 p .m. Monday at his residence.

He was born June 19, 1947, in Plainview where he grew up and graduated from Plainview High School in 1965. He worked at OK Radio & Television for many years and was a truck driver for two years until illness led to his retirement.

He was a member of the Plainview Bass Club and Plainview Country Club.

Survivors include his mother, Janet Wellborn of Plainview; twp. uncles, Oscar Huskey of Denton; and two aunts, Marlene Roach and Loretta Huskey, both of Lewisville.
