Obituary

A celebration of life service for Dolores Diane Voyles, 53, of Plainview will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at Lemons Memorial Chapel with the Rev. Ed LeComtte officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Ms. Voyles died Monday, Sept. 26, 2011. She was born July 6, 1958, to Samuel and Mattie (Pomykal) Voyles in Plainview and graduated from Plainview High School in 1976. She was head bookkeeper at Hart of Texas Cattle Feeders Feedlot and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. Survivors include her parents of Plainview; two brothers, John Voyles and his wife, Dana, of Irving and Sammy Voyles Jr. and his wife, Bettye, of Plainview; one sister, Madelyn "Oley" Cunningham of Duncan, Okla.; two nieces; three nephews; two great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
