Villanueva, Ted R.

Funeral Mass for Ted R. Villanueva, 87, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday in St. Isidore Catholic Church with the Rev. Arnold Bravo, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Abernathy Cemetery by Abell Funeral Home.

Rosary will be recited at 7:30 p.m. today in the same church.

Mr. Villanueva died Sunday, Dec. 8, 2002, at his residence.

He was born Jan. 15, 1915, in Violet. He moved to Abernathy in 1964 from New Deal. He was a member of St. Isidore Catholic Church.

Aug. 19, 1939, he married Dolores Mendoza in Odom.

Survivors include his wife; three sons, Juan Villanueva and Roy Villanueva, both of Abernathy, and Antonio Villanueva of Lubbock; two daughters, Susana Gonzalez of Houston and Lupe Villanueva of Abernathy; 12 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials to the Social Ministry at St. Isidore Catholic Church, Rt. 2, Box 159-A, Abernathy TX 79311
