Vaughn, Royce Ben

Graveside services for Royce Ben Vaughn, 74, will be at 2p.m. Wednesday in Plainview in Memorial Park with the Rev. A G, Hamilton retired Baptist minister officiating.

Burial arrangements are by Wood-Dunning Funeral Home.

Mr. Vaughn died at 11:38 a.m. Sunday, March 7, 1999, in Care Inn of Plainview.

He was born March 3, 1925, in Wade, Okla. He moved to Plainview at a young age and graduated from Plainview High School. He moved to Arlington in 1970 and back to Plainview in 1978. He was a retired farmer.

Survivors include a daughter Cynthia Stevens of Bedford; two sons, Randall Vaughn of San Diego, Calif., and Chris Vaughn of Little Elm, two sisters, Evelyn Stewart of San Diego, Calif., and Marjorie Lanford of Plainview; and five grandchildren.
