Obituary

Funeral Mass for Angelita Valenciana, 58, will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church with the Rev. Reynaldo Reyes, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Lemons Funeral Home. Mrs. Valenciana died at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 3, 2004, in University Medical Center in Lubbock. She was born Sept. 30, 1946, in Lorraine and married Jorge Valenciana. Surviving are her husband; three daughters, Adeline Hernandeaz of North Platt, Neb., Rosalinda Biggoose of Ponca City, Okla. and Elena Hernandez of Plainview; six sons, Thomas Hernandez, Louis Hernandez, Miguel Hernandez and Alex Hernandez, all of Plainview, Juan Hernandez of St. Paul, Minn. and Richard Hernandez of Kansas City, Kan.; two brothers, Gilbert Pefia and Persecto Pefia, both of Plainview; two sisters, Vicki Isaguirre of Amarillo and Juana Perez of Plainview; 34 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A daughter, Angie Hernandez, a brother and her parents are deceased.
