Obituary

Funeral services for Judge Marvin W. Toler, 85, of Abernathy, will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Abernathy First Baptist Church with Rev. John Lowrie and Rev. Larry Perkins officiating. Burial will be in the Abernathy Cemetery by Abell Funeral Home. Judge Toler, who served as Abernathy's city judge for 11 years, died today, Dec. 21, 2004, in Lubbock.
