Strain, Theo,Jr., Mrs. (Lena May)

Graveside services for Lena May Strain, 73, will be at 11 a.m. Friday in Plainview Memorial Park with Phil Demetro, chaplain of VistaCare Family Hospice in Lubbock, officiating.

Arrangements are by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Strain died at 6:33 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, 2003, in Prairie House Living Center.

She was born Oct. 5, 1929, in Amarillo.

She married Theo Strain Jr., on Jan. 23, 1947, in Plainview. He died June 23, 1970.

She was an agent for TNM&O Bus Line for 32 years and was a Baptist.

Survivors include two sisters, Geraldine Walker of Pensacola, Fla., and Kathryn Dilby of Siloam Springs, Ark.; six nephews and four nieces.

The family will receive friends from 9:30-10:45 a.m. Friday at Lemons Funeral Home and suggests memorials to VistaCare Family Hospice, 4418 Olton Road.
