Obituary

Memorial services for Rhonda Lanell Strahan, 48, will be at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church in Hale Center with Elizabeth Alexander, chaplain of Hospice of Lubbock, officiating. Mrs. Strahan was born on July 3, 1959, in Los Angeles. She moved to Plainview in 2004 from Idaho. She was manager of several convenience stores. Survivors include three daughters, Mindy Michelle Hogue and Wendy Lanell Hogue, both of Casper, Wyo., and Meagan Lee; her mother, Rosa Montgomery of Plainview; one brother, Wendell Gardenhire of Weatherford; three grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. Her father, Troy Cash Gardenhire, and a brother, Robert Cash Gardenhire, are deceased.
