Our beloved wife, mother, daughter, and friend, Donna (Edwards) Stephenson, died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2009. Donna was born Sept. 6, 1962, in Lubbock, to Ralph and Martha (Thomason) Edwards. She was raised in Lubbock and graduated Coronado High School.

On July 31, 1987, in Abernathy, she married Monty Stephenson. She is survived by her husband, Monty; three children, Shay Brynne Stephenson, Tallen Ashley Stephenson, Lexus Mariah Stephenson; her mother, Martha Edwards; grandmother, Blanche Sealy; and two brothers, John and Jimmy Do.

She was laid to rest on Jan. 27, 2009, in Abernathy Memorial Cemetery.
