Steiwig, Guy W.

Graveside service for Guy W. Steiwig, 80, were at 10 a.m. today in Plainview Cemetery with Jim Lindstrom officiating.

Burial arrangements were by Lemons Funeral Home.

Mr. Steiwig died at 6:52 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 29, 2004, in University Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born March 9, 1923, in Mansfield, Okla. On May 21, 1945, he married Clovis Tyler in Plainview. He was a miller at Harvest Queen Mill until his retirement.

Survivors include his wife; four sons and three daughters-in-law, Montie and Nancy Steiwig of Abilene, Gary and Cheryl Steiwig of Bastrop, Mark and Cathy Steiwig of Austin; a daughter and son-in-law, Marshia and Dean Yarbrough of Plainview; eight grandchilrdren; and eight great-granchildren.
