Snodgrass, Eugene

Abernathy-- Funeral services for Eugene Snodgrass, 76, of Lubbock, former Abernathy resident, were at 2 p.m. today in First Baptist Church with Charles Glenn, retired missionary, and the Rev. John Lowrie, pastor, officiating.

Burial was in Abernathy Cemetery by Abell Funeral Home.

Mr. Snodgrass died Monday Feb. 9, 2004, in Covenant Medical Center in Lubbock.

He was born Sept. 17, 1927, in Hedley. He lived in New Deal and Abernathy before moving to Lakeside Rehabilitaion and Care Center in Lubbock 28 years ago.

Survivors include two brothers, Y.F. Snodgrass of Abernathy and Ron Snodgrass of Big Lake.

One brother is deceased.

The family will recieve friends in the fellowship hall of the church following services.
