Smith, Jessie Coe

Funeral services for Jessie Coe Smith, 30, will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Parkway Drive Church of Christ with Gerald Jackson officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Cemetery by Ossie Curry Funeral Home.

Mr. Smith died Sunday, Dec. 1, 2002.

He was born May 26, 1972, in Plainview. He attended Lubbock public and vocational schools, and also went to truck-driving school and received welding training at South Plains College. He worked for Hanson Center Concrete of Lubbock and was a member of Parkway Drive Church of Christ.

Mr. Smith married Vanessa Robison on March 2, 2000, in Lubbock.

Survivors include his wife; a son, J?Qelvain Jennings Smith of Lubbock; mother, Mary Lee Shoals of Lubbock; four brothers, Charles White Jr. of Arlington, Bennie Smith Jr. of Fort Hood, and Dale Love Jr. and Leroy smith, both of Lubbock; six sisters, Sandra White of Plainview, Janice and Darla White of Arlington, and Rita Robison, Deliaue ?Dee? Smith and Jacqueline Allen, all of Lubbock; a grandmother, Mae Helen Neal of Plainview; and three grandchildren.

Visitation will be 1-8- p.m. today at the funeral home.

The family suggests memorial to the Jessie Coe Smith Memorial Fund at Lubbock National Bank.
