A service to celebrate the life of Gwen Roberson Slone will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Lake Ridge Chapel, 6025 82nd, Lubbock. Graveside services will follow at 2 p.m. in Parklawn Memorial Gardens in Plainview. A time of reflection and fellowship for her family and friends will be from 6-8 p.m. today at Lake Ridge Chapel and Memorial Designers. Mrs. Slone died Tuesday, Sept. 6, 2011.
