Obituary

Funeral services for Edna Skipper, 83, of Abernathy, will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, in the Abernathy First Baptist Church with the Rev. Mike O'Donnell and the Rev. Harold Abney officiating. Burial will follow in Abernathy Cemetery under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy. The family will receive friends at Abell Funeral Home from 6-7:30 p.m, today. Mrs. Skipper died Monday, Jan. 14, 2013, in Lubbock.
