Obituary

July 18, 1948 - Feb. 16, 2007 Graveside services for Peggy Lee Simpson, 58, of Bryan will be held at Parklawn Cemetery in Plainview at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 22. Ms. Simpson died Friday at home after a brief illness. Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Max and Ashley Simpson of Lubbock; two daughters and sons-in-law, Melissa and Bobby Jones of College Station and Kimberly and Eric Cruzan of Lubbock; a sister and brother-in-law, Cindy and Todd Durrett of Lubbock; and four grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Doc and Ginny Johnson; one brother, Terry "Whiz" Johnson; and a daughter, Kristi Dawn Simpson.
