Sibold, Minnie Baker

No funeral services were held for Minnie Baker Sibold, 97, of Colorado Springs, Colo., who died Feb. 11, 2003, in Colorado Springs.

Her ashes were buried Tuesday in Plainview Cemetery next to her daughter, Louise Gunter, who died March 9, 1999.

She was born Aug. 17, 1905, in Panhandle. She grew up east of Amarillo, the daughter of a Pioneering family, R.D. and Bessie Baker.

She spent the last few years of her life in New Mexico and Colorado. She was an artist and loved cats.

Survivors include two sons. Keith Crawford of Channing and Alvin Crawford of Benton, Kan.; eight grandchildren; 1 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
