Sepeda, Reinaldo (Ray)

Funeral services for Ray Sepeda, 64, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Iglesia Bautista Date Street with the Rev. Jesus Sepeda and the Rev. Santos Rodriguez, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Hale Center Cemetery by Cavillo Funeral Home of Lubbock.

Prayer services will be at 7 p.m. today in the same church.

Mr. Sepeda died Friday, Sept. 16, 1999, in Covenant Medical Center.

He was born May 25, 1934, in Nueces County. He moved to Plainview from California and was a retired landscaper.

Survivors include his wife, Leonor, whom he married in 1953 in Franklin; six sons, Domingo, Daniel, Ray Jr., Raymond, Antonio and Angel, all of California; three daughters, Oralia Sepeda, Cynthia Sepeda and Janet Sepeda, all of California; six brothers, Adan Sepeda Sr., and Jose Sepeda, both of Plainview, Raul Sepeda of Lubbock, Jesus Sepeda of Arizona, Domingo Sepeda Jr., of Gunter and Alfredo Sepeda of Cotton Center; three sisters, Martina Aparicio of Plano, Maria Ordonez of Houston and Angelita Flores of Cotton Center; 19 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

The body will be at the church today until service time Wednesday.
