Obituary

Funeral services for Juanita Sepeda, 91, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church with the Rev. Raymundo Manriquez officiating. Burial will be at Plainview Memorial Park by Lemons Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited at 6 p.m. today and Tuesday at the funeral home. Mrs. Sepeda died Saturday, Aug. 9, 2008, at Prairie House Living Center. She was born March 17, 1917, in Mission to Guadalupe and Salome Garcia. She married Luis Sepeda in 1938 in Alamo. He died in 1982. She was a homemaker and a member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church. Survivors include two daughters, Elodia Hernandez and Micaela Alarcon, both of Plainview; three sons, Domingo Sepeda, Gavino Sepeda and Freddy Sepeda, all of Plainview; 12 grandchildren; and 23 great-grandchildren. Six brothers and two sisters are deceased. Pallbearers include Gavino Sepeda Jr., Adam Sepeda, Juan Alarcon, Abe Sepeda, Noel Hernandez, Alexis Alarcon and Aaron Sepeda.
