Seipp, James V., Mrs. (Wilma Lee Hewett)

Funeral services for Wilma Seipp, 79, will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday in First United Methodist Church with Dr. Max Browning, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Plainview Memorial Park by Wood- Dunning Funeral Home.

Mrs. Seipp died at 9:50 a.m. Sunday, June 18, 2000, at her residence.

She was born March 11, 1921, in Harrison, Ark. She grew up in Iowa and Missouri and moved to Texas in 1937. She graduated from Cotton Center High School in 1940. She taught at Hart schools during the early 1940s.

She was a member of First United Methodist Church, the Gladys Carter Women?s Circle and Past Worthy Matron of The Order of the Eastern Star.

On April 24, 1943, she married James Seipp in Grass Valley, Calif. He died Nov. 21, 1996.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in- law, Randy and Leigh Seipp of Plainview; her twin sister, Wilda Hutcherson Redin of Plainview; two brothers, Delbert. T. Hewett of Susanville, Calif., and Ernest Hewett of Redding, Calif,; and three grandchildren, Ashley, Rebecca and Austin Seipp, all of Plainview.

The family suggests memorials to First United Methodist Church.
