Obituary

Leigh Angela Seipp, 53, of Plainview passed away Saturday, April 4, 2009. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday, April 8, 2009, at First Baptist Church with Dr. Travis Hart officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Memorial Park under the direction of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview. A visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, April 7, 2009, at the funeral home. Mrs. Seipp was born Aug. 12, 1955, in Montgomery, Ala., to Harry L. and Lillian G. Whitaker. She married James Randall Seipp on Aug. 27, 1976, in Waco, Texas. Survivors include her husband, James Randall Seipp of Plainview; two daughters, Ashley Nicole Seipp of Lubbock and Rebecca Leigh Seipp of Portland, Ore.; one son, James Austin Seipp of Houston; parents, Harry L. and Lillian G. Whitaker of Waco; and one brother, Robin Whitaker and wife, Pam, of Waco. She was preceded in death by a brother, Roger Nelson Whitaker. Memorials may be sent to a favorite charity
