Scott, Frank, Mrs. (Lillian Christine Bradley)

AMARILLO-Memorial services for Lillian Christine (Bradley) Scott, 76, of Amarillo, Texas, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, July 5, 2012, in the Paramount Baptist Church, Amarillo, Texas, with the Rev. Lance Herrington officiating. The family will receive friends following the service in the Fireside Room at the church. Graveside services will follow at 3 p.m. in the Abernathy Cemetery with the Rev. Mike O'Donnell officiating. The family will receive friends in the fellowship Hall of the Abernathy First Baptist Church following the graveside service. Services are under the direction of Abell Funeral Home and Flower Shop of Abernathy, Texas.

Mrs. Scott died Saturday, June 30, 2012, in Amarillo. She was born Aug. 1, 1935, in Abilene, Texas, to James Burrell Bradley and Willie Ruth (Hatler) Bradley. She was raised in Abernathy, and was a longtime Amarillo resident. She was a member of the Paramount Baptist Church and the Amarillo Parkinson's Support Group. She was a loving mother and wife and was a very talented with art, needlework, and handiwork and quilting.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Scott; a son, Kenneth Scott and his wife Karla; a daughter, Jaimie Wilkinson; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two brothers, Carroll Bradley and Calvin Bradley; and two sisters, Colleen Cecil and Cherylene Vandygriff.
