Obituary

Doris Rousseau, 79, of Lubbock, passed away on Monday, April 14, 2014 in Lubbock. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, April 17, 2013 at Kornerstone Funeral Chapel with Chaplain Oscar Chavez of Area Community Hospice officiating. Burial will follow in Plainview Cemetery under the care of Kornerstone Funeral Directors of Plainview.

Doris Rousseau was born on November 26, 1934 to Bailey & Eddie Roper in Tulia, TX.

She is preceded in death by one child, Nita Jean Rosseau; two brothers, Burl Roper & Roy Roper.
She is survived by three daughters, Patsy Carter & husband Bob of Lubbock, TX, June McHugh & husband Dennis of Amarillo, TX, and Sherry Ollinger & husband Duane of Amarillo, TX; one son, Bill Rousseau & wife Lauri of Tulia, TX; nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

Memorial may be made to American Heart Association 7272 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75231.
